….I mean, sometimes I pinch myself in utter disbelief. A healthy lifestyle wasn’t always what I THOUGHT it was supposed to be.
There weren’t bland foods I hated. There weren’t 2 hour sessions at the gym. And best of all, there weren’t portion sizes that left me starving! It’s pretty dope to know that all my fears about healthy living pale in comparison to NOT doing it.
And of course, like any Cinderella story, losing weight was never really a cake walk for me….
This workout is adapted from the PiYo workout program, which combines Yoga and Pilates together into a low-impact, high-intensity workout regimen.
It was so effective…that PiYo helped me lose 15 lbs and 4 inches from my arms and waist! Ahhhhhhhh!
