Like really….it’s 80 straight days of intense and LONG cardio/strength-training workouts that will help you lose weight and give you a sculpted body.
And I took it upon myself to try Day 1 of this workout and share my thoughts on this program.

I’m going to really be honest with you….
This 80 Day Obsession workout video was VERY SCARY for me. I am not a fan of workouts that go over 35 minutes, so seeing that Day 1 was a long 60 minutes*, I was definitely going to feel pretty worn out after it was all over.
So this video is me TRYING my damn hardest to keep up! and in true Amanda fashion, I did want to film my reactions and feelings as accurately as I could.
And it’s meant to prove something vital…..not all workouts feel amazing for me.
So I am keeping it real.
